j approaches the work of creating LGBTQ inclusion from a social justice context.  This is reflected in his thoughtful, gentle approach to training, which creates space for people to question long-held assumptions and unpack their previous understanding of common paradigms. Using participatory exercises and many more questions than answers, j is able to respond to many training needs. For example:

• General LGBTQ cultural competency training for organizations.
• Trans-specific cultural competency training.
• 360° training around gender-nonconforming youth (training for teachers and school staff, parents or care providers, health care professionals, and any other relevant individuals).
• Health-care specific training around sensitivity to LGBTQ people.
• Health-care specific training with regard to transpeople's particular health and wellness needs.
